Shipping Information

United States: All items are shipped for free within the US via UPS Ground.  For express needs or concerns, contact us at info@piermarinihouston.com or 713-291-2059.  

International: International shipping and duties are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer. Orders over $300 USD ship for free, excluding taxes and duties. All international orders are shipped via DHL.  International shipping fees are not refundable.  For questions, please contact us at info@piermarinihouston.com or 713-291-2059. 

Returns

We will happily EXCHANGE, provide STORE CREDIT, or issue a REFUND for any unused, unwashed, undamaged, regular-priced merchandise returned with the original tag within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving the return.  All SALE and DISCOUNTED items are final sale. 

United States: Please email info@piermarinihouston.com for a pre-paid return slip.  

International: Please email info@piermarinihouston for a return label. Shipping charges, duties, and VAT are not refundable.  Returns from International destinations have a $5 restocking fee. All SALE and DISCOUNTED items are final sale.
